Hunter, of Jet Heat and Air installed a new American Standard heat pump for us today and I can't say enough good things about Hunter, the technician that installed the unit, and Jet Heat and Air. Hunter was totally professional, polite and did an excellent job installing the new Heat Pump. He was a complete pleasure to work with. He ran into a problem with the install due to the improper way the old unit was installed, which caused the old unit to leak and damage our wood floor. But he said what he needed to do to make it work correctly and not leak any more. He asked if that was ok since it entailed cutting some of the woodwork and I said, that is fine, I just wanted it done correctly so there are no problems in the future, so he did it to preclude any more leaks. I was very pleased with Blake’s analysis of my HVAV unit on today. Blake appeared to be very sincere, knowledgeable and confident about my unit. I chose to have JET HVAC Company return to my home after having a great experience with their service from this past summer. Blake was very professional and assured me he wanted to help resolve my heating issue. Blake provided options to resolve the problem and never pressured me into making an impulsive decision. I feel very grateful to have worked with Blake and look forward to him completing the work on my HVAC unit soon. No time is a good time to have issues with a heat/air issue in your home, but being able to trust a company such as JET to have competent employees, such as Blake makes it better. Trina

AVOID! Our Home Warranty company farmed out our request to Jet and we have never been treated so rudely. Basically, Hunter was not able to fix our issue in its entirety- instead fixing one issue and telling us we would need them back in AC season to fix the remaining issue. We just want the system working- the way it should. He called his boss and I even heard his boss say they were not trained on this system. Eventually the "boss" was put on speaker phone and they accused us of being "worked up" which was completely untrue. We were confused and needed help understanding how we could get to a solution. We contacted Jet Heat and Air because our furnace was not working correctly. This on top of a major winter weather event in our area. We were sent a text introducing Hunter (w/pic) as our service contact. Hunter arrived and in less than an hour...he had our furnace running like nothing ever happened. Hunter explained what the conditions were, the error codes that were present and how he corrected them. Hunter did a great job! Many thanks to Jet Heat and Air!
