Jet-O-Rooter Sewer & Drain Cleaning

We had an emergency with the septic at our fire station. Called Jet-O-Rooter, they arrived within 25 min. Had situation all taken care of in no time. Thank you very much for your prompt service. I would highly recommend this company for any and all sewer problems.

I called for a slow draining kitchen sink. The first time they came they improved the situation but did not fix it. I guess that's as good as you get from them for$200. I called again and said sink is still filling up when trying to wash dishes. The second time they came they did the same thing as before, snaked the line. While I was in the bathroom I hear their truck start. By the time I got out they were pulling away from my house, they worked for less than ten minutes. I checked the sink and after about a minute the sink filled with water as well as water leaking all over under the sink. The vent cap had been left off. I had to argue with Don to get a refund, and the incorrect amount was refunded. I gave up and have to find a plumber that knows what they are doing. They tried to scam my

We had a blockage in our septic. We tried everything to get things working properly. Jet-O-Rooter came the day we called them and cleared the pipes in less than half an hour. They were polite, went right to work, showed me what was wrong and how it was fixed. They cleaned everything up. They were reasonable and efficient. Thank you once again for helping us so quickly.
