David came down on the same day I called and made a point to get here within regular hours even though his schedule was full. I have two kids and a wife and we couldn’t even flush our toilets. He figured out the issue within 5 minutes. He let me watch the camera with him (highly recommend getting the camera, it’s a must) had invasive roots in multiple spots, he cleaned, chopped, cleaned, checked. After that we tested then he went above and beyond and helped me with my sink pipe. We need more technicians like this in life. Stand up job. He put down floor mats in our finished basement and did the job quick with results. I have invasive roots in my house and he’s the one I trust. Taco was very professional. He took his time and explained everything he was doing in detail making sure that I understood. He also took the time to lay down a carpet so that he did not leave snow or mud on the floor. I would highly recommend Jetter Clean if you are having sewer or water problems.

Nate is an awesome worker who helped out with solutions and recommendations that he didn’t have to offer but did. Definitely looks out for the customer and is a great guy to have around. Would recommend him to anyone who is having draining issues.
