Love the new washers & dryers in my apt. building & it's so convenient to go online & report a problem, never takes long for them to come fix the issue. We got updated better, bigger machines & no price increase, still 75cents. Thank you for supplying this service

I can't imagine why this company does so poorly at maintaining their machines, but what I have read in other reviews has been my experience as well. How do these folks stay in business?

An absolute joke. These people prey on the low income families. They should be put out of business immediately. Hardly any of their machines work, and the ones that do, will cost you a fortune because the heat is turned down so low on the dryers, and the washers don't spin them near enough to prepare them for the dryers. These people are greedy beyond belief, refuse to fix anything, and getting your money back is nearly impossible. Avoid their machines if any way possible

I've emailed the company because after 2 weeks of washer being out of service for 2 weeks. If they would have serviced the washer a month and a half ago when I first reported a problem the washer probably would not have gone completely out. At 3 weeks of no response I sent another email. I live in a retirement community and we have one washing machine working for the entire community.
