JF Lawn & Tree Service, LLC

I recently saw an ad for tree service on Everybody's Business etc. and contacted this company for an estimate. The owner/estimator, Diego, visited my property and we agreed on a project. I made an appointment a week before the service because of my busy work schedule. To make a long story short, here's a summary of what happened: - The crew shows up unexpectedly 2 days before the appointment on a rainy Tuesday. No English and clueless. -I reminded the owner the appointment was for Thursday, not Tuesday. On Thursday, they did not show up. I waited all day. The weather was perfect. Diego (the owner) makes excuses. - Friday, they show up randomly late in the afternoon, clueless and unable to communicate in English. They don't call ahead, they just show up when they feel like it.
