After a previous bad moving experience, I contacted JFK Moving LLC specifically to handle a heavy executive desk that another company refused to move. From my first call with Tia, I knew I was dealing with professionals. She listened, understood my concerns, and confidently assured me they could get it done. The pricing was fair and transparent, and she even worked with me on a small adjustment. On moving day, Suhrob and David arrived early (which I appreciated), worked efficiently, and handled the desk and other items with extreme care. They disassembled the desk properly, moved it without damage, and even explained how it comes apart for future reference. I want to start by saying I genuinely feel for the workers — moving is physically demanding work and it’s often underpaid. That said, my experience with this company was disappointing. During my move, my brand new 58-inch TV was cracked and completely ruined. I understand that accidents can happen during a move. What truly sets a company apart, though, is how they respond when something goes wrong. When I called to notify Tia, she sounded irritated and simply stated she would send me a claims link. There was no acknowledgment, apology, or basic customer care. She said I would receive the link within 20 minutes — I never did. After work, I had to search the website myself to find and submit the claim. I later learned that unless you purchase separate insurance, reimbursement is minimal —

JFK Moving, LLC handled our recent move from our townhouse in La Quinta to our new home in Indio, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. They were the first company to respond with an estimate, and their rates, timeline, and expectations were clearly communicated and aligned perfectly with our needs, so booking with them was an easy decision. The four-man crew was efficient, stayed focused, and communicated with us throughout the move to ensure every item was placed exactly where it belonged. They were professional, personable, and completely trustworthy. We highly recommend JFK Moving, LLC and would gladly use them again.

I can honestly say out of all the movers I’ve had David, Juan, and Daniel has been the BEST. There has not been a single complaint I could think of genuinely. Professional, efficient, communicative, you could not request a better team than them. I additionally want to point out how they not only carefully handled my belongings but ensure they were properly secured and wrapped each step of the way. It’s unheard of to come across a moving team that you can’t find a single issue with, this is what David, Juan, and Daniel represents. I definitely 110% recommend!!!

**PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE YOU BOOK** I wrote this review a few days after JFK Moving moved my items. I originally gave them two stars. They called me not long after this review was posted and offered me $100 to take it down! They are (badly) bribing customers to take bad reviews down or change them into positive reviews so new customers never find out what a crummy job they do. Protect yourself and your stuff. Hire someone else! We honestly did not have a good experience with this moving company. They tracked a bunch of mulch, leaves, and dirt into the apartment we were moving out of. They used pieces of mulch to wedge our front door open and then left the mulch in the house. They took the trash bag out of my trash can and left it on the floor of the living room along with a bunch of the
