I was recommended to the JFK Window & Door Co. as I was in need of a brand new front door. John, Megan, and the team at JFK were great to work with. John sat down with me several times to go through options, color, glass choice, etc. They were patient and helpful on all fronts. Installation was extremely quick and efficient, they worked so hard and left no mess for me. John is so involved, I never felt as though I was being pressured or simply sold a product. You can tell this team cares about their customers and their business. To this day, John still checks in to make sure I am still happy with my order and has even come out to repair damage that was done by delivery people for a fridge that I purchased. JFK Window & Door did a FANTASTIC job! We replaced all (33) single-pane windows in our 100 year old house, and I couldn't have asked for more thoughtfully planned, carefully executed, high-quality work. The helped us select the right high-performance Andersen windows to meet our needs and budget ... which also had to meet the strict requirements of our HOA. They installed beautiful new interior window casings and sills, and insured the installation didn't damage the interior plaster or wallpaper. Now when we walk from room to room we don't feel any drafts, the windows all work ; ) and outside noise is barely audible! John and the team were communicative and made themselves available throughout the entire process... which was fast! I highly recommend JFK Window & Door.

Very happy with our new Andersen sliding patio door. They did an excellent job of installation; the stain matching on the interior wood is perfect; we love the new feature of blinds between the panes of glass. Highly recommend JFK Window and Door.

I want to give high praise to JFK Window & Door Co. John Karle, the owner, came to our home and showed us different doors and colors we could choose. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We ordered 2 doors . After several weeks, one of the doors came in. Two men, Joey and Jason, came to install them. These guys were not handymen, they were craftsmen. The second door came in several weeks later and again, it was Joey and Jason. They were perfectionist in every way. And who doesn't love workers who clean up after themselves? I highly recommend JFK Window & Door Company.

Contracted with JFK and had 3 doors installed in June (front/back slider and interior). I was very pleased from the beginning to the end of the project with John and his team. Joey and Jason installed the front and interior doors and did an outstanding job. I am very into the details and the installation is very important to me, and I grade them an A for the install. Very professional and experienced. Michael was the installer of the slider door and equally did an outstanding job overall. We had 2 minor follow-up issues with the slider and Michael and the team responded quickly and effectively to address them. I grade Michael an A for the slider install. Lastly, Megan does an outstanding job of communicating and invoicing to keep the projects on a very good pace along the timeline.
