If I could give zero stars I would. They are scammers. The driver bullied me into giving him $100 tip and then damaged my items and tried to hide it. Not to mention losing my husband's tools and paintings I've had for years. After destroying over $2,000 worth of my property they offered me $66 to make it square. Please use any other moving company on the planet just not this one

We were sold a “stress-free” move by Joseph Caputo, who completely ghosted us once they had our money. Our belongings were supposed to arrive on June 1st—they showed up in the middle of the night, AFTER leaving us without any essentials in a new home for 24+ hours. My antique vanity (which I restored myself) was severely damaged. We’re still unpacking and finding more issues. The customer service was nonexistent. The “owner” refused to respond at all. The final bill was wildly inflated from what we were quoted, and their communication was horrible the entire time. In February, I put in for a quote. I had to wait until I found a house before I could lock my quote in. For two months, the Owner/Sales Manager bugged me. He told me my belongings would be on a truck by themselves. When the drivers arrived, there were other people's belongings on the truck. When they delivered, there was other people's belongings on the truck. I got charged for stairs in which there were no stairs at the pickup or delivery location. I got charged extra for my desk, even though I sent the measurements in my inventory list. The driver's confirmed the delivery time and never showed up. I had to contact the drivers to find out they were going to be another 4/5 hours, which would have been very late at night. Driver did not want to schedule for the next day but did.
