DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS PLACE!!! I REPEAT....DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE!! My fridge was making noises the next day after I purchased First off, they were supposed to switch the doors...they showed up with the doors not switched and the delivery guy did not have the tools. So i told them to take it back and come back w the doors switched. They came back about an hour later!. The next day my freezer was making noises. They told me someone will come to fix it....the repair guy said he will come at 5p...nobody ever showed up!! Then I called and the manager ROBERT was EXTREMELY RUDE and kept cutting me off as I was explaining what happened, and proceeded to say, what do u want me to do?? And then hung up on me!!! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE!!! They need to go out o

THE WORST. Have a refrigerator only for a month and already have issues. It stopped cooling seemingly overnight and the fridge still had warranty so I contacted about getting it fixed same day. The owner, Kevin Gonzalez, extremely rude and unprofessional. He told me I had to wait until Saturday and there wasn’t anything else he could do. He told me to send the receipt and picture of the fridge. He has his read receipts on so he saw the photos and proceeded to BLOCK ME. On the phone you could hear his baby in the background. MY BABY’s food is warm and unable to be refrozen or refrigerated as its breast milk and he couldn’t sympathize. I even offered to PAY to have someone come to fix it. Do not purchase from here!!

I second everything that has been said about this company. Washer stopped filling with water after a month. They had no interest in scheduling service to repair. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM ON FB MARKETPLACE OR ANYWHERE ELSE!!!

Called for a repair service. Waited two days. Got some minimal text responses and nothing more. Don’t waste your time trying to schedule a service from them….
