I highly recommend working with Jhonny. He has the best communication of any trade company I’ve ever done business with. He gives multiple options and is up front with his pricing. Before he started he explained that there is a risk of a broken flange underneath the toilet and was up front about an additional fee for fixing that. Once he removed our toilet he saw the flange was cracked, but they had all the parts to finish. They had a reasonable price and were in and out within a few hours. They cleaned the area and left everything spotless.

We recently lost one of our two water heaters, so I researched area plumbers and found Jhonny's. All highly-rated reviews with many good things to say. I called Jhonny that morning, and he was on site to provide an estimate the same morning. He was able to secure two new water heaters and associated parts and be on site that afternoon with a co-worker to change them both out. Great responsiveness, explains the job clearly and in detail, willing to answer my questions, and left the job site in good condition. Jhonny's Plumbing services was recommended on our local Facebook page. We checked the reviews here and called for help with a kitchen drain. He promptly set up an appointment for our earliest convenience. He carefully assessed the situation and explained all of our options thoroughly answering all of our questions. He had our cleanout cleared quickly. Again, went into detail about the whole procedure and answered more questions. Even though he did ask again if we had any more questions before he left, I did forget two maintenance questions. Jhonny pointed out the number to call if needed again - for any questions.
