I live in California and had to rely on Ivan Salati to complete the inspection on a property I purchased. I was unable to be present for the inspection. But that was not a problem because I got the report the same day. Ivan went through the entire report with me over the phone and explained everything to me in terms that I could understand. I would definitely recommend J & I Inspection to my friends and would absolutely use Ivan Salati again.
