JIBEC Heating and Cooling

We had a routine maintenance check-up done on our furnace/air conditioner which is over 25 years old and on our splitter that was installed by JIBEC four years ago. Logan gave helpful advice, explained the services he was providing and gave us information on how we will need to proceed if/when the older system requires replacement. We would highly recommend them! They are our go-to service providers.

The first meeting was quick and very informative, they explained everything we had questions on. We were able to finance the furnace and a/c unit combined from a company they suggested it gave as at a very low interest rate. Got the whole job done in one day. Attention to detail was noticeable !!! Everything sealed/taped Up nicely. I’ve been in Service for over 30 years, This Company takes care of there customers !!!! They called back to check on things after the job, They even helped with getting us REBATES from power companies !!!!

JIBEC did the whole HVAC install on our new house build. They didn't over-equip or under-equip us, gave us exactly what the floorplan/sq. footage needed. Even when I said maybe we needed a larger AC unit, Jake said it wouldn't add up in the long run. The infloor heating system is amazing and the furnace, AC, infloor and air exchange all sync up with each other. They worked with the electricians and dialed in everything. Totally pro and we highly recommend.

Jake and Jenny are dedicated to superior service, and their team reflects that. Everyone answers questions and educates the customer. When the AC failed, Logan came out and after showing why repairing it would not be cost-effective, he called the office for equipment availability and pricing. Logan was back with Joey the next morning, had everything ready to go, and the new system was up and running just 24 hours after the initial service call. Before leaving, Logan took time to explain the setup and how to keep the unit clean.
