Due to the extreme cold weather my utility bill shot up and I realized that it was time for Jiffy to look at my 20 year old heat pump. Pete quickly determined that I do not need a new heat pump (thank goodness!) and instead advised me to use the inexpensive air filters because the more expensive brands restrict air flow. After changing the filters, I Immediately noticed that there was more heat coming from the vents! Pete was knowledgeable and down to earth. Thanks to Pete I have learned the value of getting my heat pump regularly serviced and I look forward to working with Jiffy in the future.

Impressive fireplace problem detection and resolution, all around. Jeff was on the case providing general maintenance and servicing. He also located a wall switch, eliminating the need for us to get down on our knees to operate the fireplace. He even improved the appearance of our logs by adjusting how they were placed. DO NOT USE JIFFY PLUMBING FOR ANY PLUMBING NEEDS! I recently called Jiffy for a burst pipe under my kitchen sink. I waited until the next day as not to have emergency charges. Bawia Hauchum came to my home. To cap the cold and hot pipes into my kitchen so I could restore water to the rest of my home cost $569.00. Just to cap the pipes not repair them. He stated he would then need to come back for $1100 to actually repair the pipes. He needed to change the PVC pipe to copper. OUTRAGEOUS. I was at the hospital with my husband at the time so I said ok. He never cleaned up his mess and threw the insulation he removed all over the floor, shelving, washer, and sink. He tried to sell me a hot water heater replacement while he was there for $2425. I KNEW I WOULD NEVER HAVE HIM COME TO MY HOUSE AG
