Jilco is a company that I would highly recommend. They stand behind their products, but what really makes them outstanding is their people. David went above and beyond to make sure that our cabinets were perfectly installed and was very knowledgeable about everything and answered our questions and listened to exactly what we wanted. I can read from other reviews that at least they are consistent in the poor way they treat their customers. We had quality issues with mis-measured and poorly engineered doors. After waiting weeks for replacements we asked if we could get details on the original installed cabinets and an estimate on adding additional cabinets. We left several messages never being able to connect to anyone live and our messages were totally ignored. Eventually we spotted their office while driving by so we walked into their showroom only to be ignored in person while 2 employees talked to each other and didn’t even acknowledge our arrival. When we asked the salesperson who we had left several messages why she had not returned our calls, she excused herself to go speak to the owner only to return to tell

My wife Kathy and I are just about finished with our kitchen remodel and sitting back to admire the beautiful results. The focal point of the room revolves around the beautiful cabinets we purchased from Jilco. Harmony Griffin walked us through the entire selection process and she was spot on with her valuable suggestions. Bryan Fletcher and his crew made certain that the installation was done to perfection. Overall, Jilco gets an A+ and our sincere thanks for a job well done.

Cabinet product itself is quality, installation carefully done; however the skill and knowledge of the design staff is HORRENDOUS! They made expensive mistakes galore and the owner was subsequently difficult to work with to correct these critical mistakes in design. They mess up with measurements, working with appliance install guidance, filler placements, cabinet sizes, hardware placement and moldings…these are hard, if not impossible, to catch before install to an inexperienced customer—-BEWARE!

I’m amending my previous review because this company seemed to be given some misinformation about what I was looking for in the first place. I did not get a chance to work with them because they are more of a semi custom provider and I’m looking for some full custom work. They were genuinely sorry they could not do the work I needed and did forward my updated plans to a more compatible company. Therefore I felt updating my review was the fair thing to do. Only reason I can’t give a 5 star is I haven’t seen their work.
