To keep it short for readers/potential customers: Jack, Cory, and Vinny were professional, on time, and did an excellent job replacing my heating system. Everything went smoothly with no issues. Highly recommend.

I got quotes from several companies and this one saved me well over $1,000. I thought there had to be some sort of catch but it ended up being a honest quote and a great deal. Tom and Kyle were top-notch installers. On time, Polite and professional, these guys had my broken water heater swapped out with a new one and everything cleaned and removed in under 2 hours. They got here at 8am and I was taking a hot shower by 11. If I could leave more stars I would.

Brad was great. He had the problem with my boiler diagnosed and had new parts on order to be installed later that week within an hour of being here. Knowledgeable mechanics and good service always get 5 stars in this household, looking forward to utilizing Jim Dorsey co. again!

He said “the team is very professional, explains everything, is thorough, and clean.” I’ve used them before to come check the sump pump at my new house and they were so kind and explained everything. I felt so comfortable and confident after their visit. Highly recommend and will always call them.

After years of dealing with my furnace that only wanted to work when if felt like it, Jim Dorsey and Son came out and diagnosed my issues by Joe and Brad came by today and went above and beyond besides just replacing the burners. He leveled out my whole furnace, cleaned and inspected the inside, outside, and underneath. After replacing the burners he dug deeper to make sure when the system was switched over from propane to natural gas that who handled it did the job properly. I will recommend Jim Dorsey and Son to anyone who needs service done.
