Excellent work beginning to end. Great communication. Showed up on time. Made sure I was completely satisfied. Plus they had a great hard working crew of young men that were very smart as they educated everyone of Michael Jordan being the goat over LJ.

As a first time home owner we were in the dark on who to use for any type of home repairs. Once all the snow had melted we realized just how awful our driveway was. We searched around and stumbled upon Jim George & Sons and placed a phone call. The person who took our call was very informative and extremely helpful. I was very thankful because neither my husband nor I knew which option would be best for our home. Long story short, they did an amazing job! Our driveway still looks brand new!! We have passed their name on to numerous of our neighbors.

Jim and his family are the best contractors we have ever had the pleasure of working with. They did our concrete in our barn, our driveway and our private road. A very large project they took on with ease. I would recommend them for any project big or small.

This happened several years back...but needs to be said: Would never, ever recommend this company. In less than a year, the drive they installed had sunk 3 inches below the lip of the garage slab, and full-width cracks had formed across the drive in several places. Owner couldn't wait for the mail, so he drove 45 miles one way from the job to my work so he could get his check. Told me "The guys had run out of asphalt but would be back to finish the last 3 feet and the mailbox apron tommorow." Last I ever saw or heard from them. 😡 They get one star...because I can't give them NO stars.

We had a very long gravel driveway with a large parking area at the end. The gravel was in pretty bad shape and was mostly mud after a bad winter. I contacted Jim George & Sons for a quote on ChipSeal, which I thought was a cheaper alternative to asphalt. Jim explained to me that ChipSeal wasn't a good option for my application and it would erode quickly if applied over gravel. He came up with an alternative solution keeping my budget in mind. They did the large parking area with virgin asphalt (which turned out amazing!) and laid asphalt millings on the driveway portion. The millings were installed the same way and with the same equipment as the virgin asphalt. In doing some research, I learned there are varying grades of recycled asphalt millings.
