Parker from Jim Hinson Pools, LLC has been such a great help! We recently purchased a home with a pool installed by this company, and as new pool owners, we had numerous questions. Parker kindly came out to address our concerns and quickly identified an issue with the salt cell, which he promptly resolved. Additionally, I reached out to him with a few more pool-related questions, and without hesitation, he researched the topics and provided well-informed solutions and suggestions. Jim Hinson Pools not only creates beautiful pools but also delivers outstanding customer service to ensure ongoing support. We’re so grateful for our beautiful pool. While the project took a little longer than expected, every trade that came out worked with care and did a truly wonderful job. A few details needed an extra pass or two, but the team was always patient, supportive, and committed to making sure everything was done right. EDIT: since the week I posted this we have received personal communication back from Mr. Smith, who was appropriately apologetic. We've also been assigned a new project manager who seems committed to daily updates and has initiated progress on several of our outstanding items. I will update the stars and body of this review over the next few weeks pending the resolution of the project. --------------------------------------------- I see a lot of good reviews here, but we are in the middle of a project with Jim Hinson pools and it has been a nightmare that I feel I need to share. We signed and put a deposit on our pool in March 2025 and were told it would be done in July. The pool shell wasn’t even placed until August. Parker has been absolutely fantastic to work with! He’s extremely communicative, friendly, and helpful — making the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. After completing a training session with him, we feel so much more confident and comfortable using our new pool. He was very thorough, patient, and clearly knowledgeable about every detail.
