This ordeal with Jim & Jon has now dragged on for ten months. They performed our job without obtaining required permits for mechanical and liquid refrigerant work, were caught by the County and the State of Florida DPBR, and subsequently failed to pass inspections. Never before have I personally experienced such a contractor who makes veiled threats, actual threats, ludicrous childish allegations in order to deflect fault, and vulgar language, in person and in emails, and who is so oblivious to the fact that his words are available to be seen by State investigators and County Inspectors. In order to obtain any measure of satisfaction, I have had to file a complaint with the State of Florida Department of Professional Business Regulation. He was able to diagnose the problem on the spot, and find a fix. I would highly recommend this buisness if your home's AC has problems. They are polite and will communicate with you.
