The service you get is worth far more than 5 stars. The always service my furnace which is never an emergency however with our oil furnace being our only source of heat it stopped working out of nowhere and the same day I called they made time to come and fix it. You guys are the best and will continue to and always have my business!

First time using this company. Impressed how quickly I got an appointment. Technician, Mike, called ahead of time to confirm the time and showed up on time. Very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I am happy knowing that my furnace and A/C unit are cleaned and working properly. Didn’t try to oversell anything either which I had heard is often the problem with other companies.

I had an emergency where the fan/motor to the furnace wasn't working and we were expecting colder temperatures the following week. They were able to come the next day , ordered the parts for the furnace , and installed my wireless thermostat while they were there. Mike suggested adding a thermostat to my fireplace so, in case the furnace malfunctioned while i was away, the fireplace would kick on if the house temp got to 50 degrees ! The office staff was great, the guys that came were pleasant and knew their stuff. Highly recommend this company !!

Needed a well pump primed and no expertise as the plumber mentioned he is “shooting in the dark!” Well $400 later, nothing was accomplished. No experience with “wells” should have said up front not our field. Disappointed at the lack of knowledge

Beware of Jim Miller Plumbing **Unethical Practices** I am deeply disappointed and outraged by the unethical behavior exhibited by Jim Miller Plumbing & Heating. My recent experience with them was nothing short of a nightmare. First and foremost, instead of addressing my heating issue with care and expertise, they seemed more interested in upselling unnecessary services and products. They attempted to convince me that additional, costly services were urgently needed, despite no evidence to support such claims. It was evident that they were trying to take advantage of my lack of plumbing/ heating knowledge and exploit me for their own financial gain. To make matters worse, the quality of their workmanship was subpar at best. The repairs they performed were shoddy and incomplete, leaving
