I’m impressed. A major part in my heating unit failed, leaving me with no heat on one of the cold mornings of the recent past. I couldn’t get in touch with my regular provider, so I called Jim Rice. Right away, I was assured that not only could they come and check my unit, but they would send someone within a few hours. I was also advised where I could get a space heater for less than a fortune. Long story short, my unit was up and running again before the next evening chill. This company is compassionate, friendly, and fast-acting. Jim Rice will be my new provider. The company acted quickly when it was important to me, and their charge was more than reasonable. They will not sell you what you don’t need!!

As always Jim took care of our ac needs. He even came out on a holiday to make sure we weren’t shuffled thru the weeks busy schedule. He has serviced my homes for the last 12 years and always gives the best service for the best prices.

Jim Rice came out two years ago to take care of our 18 year old unit when it stopped working. I fully expected a hard sell on a new unit but instead, the tech found a bad capacitor, replaced it and didn’t mention selling me a new unit. Very honest, reputable company. I did not hesitate to call them this year when my 20 year unit finally took its last breath. I fully recommend them!

Jim Rice AC did a great job, diagnosed the issue at hand and did the repair in a timely fashion. Will always use them in a time of need as well as spring time maintenance.

I contacted Jim Rice A /C on Sunday for service on Monday. Luis, the Service person arrived as scheduled, solved my A/C problem and had my unit working. Very knowledgeable and highly professional. I highly recommended the company for your A/C problem.
