Jimbo's Seamless Raingutters

Can't rate their work, they canceled a two+ week appointment at 9 am the day of the appointment. This company has a policy stating: A $300 service charge will be charged to any job not ready on the scheduled date of installation. The jobsite was ready at 7 am, got a phone message after 9 stating a no show. I know things happen so I won't bash with a 1 star, they did refund the deposit, but this company cost me time and $. There are many gutter companies to choose from in the county these days. My first choice was wrong. Maby this will help you choose right.

The initial scope of work was not completed to an acceptable standard, and follow-up communication was poor. After full payment was made, attempts to address outstanding issues were unsuccessful. The installation showed improper methods and substandard workmanship that would require correction. Based on our experience, I would recommend considering other options.

These guys did a great job on my house. This was one of the main features my wife wanted on the exterior and they made her dream come true.

We had Jimbo's install our rain gutters on our home in Hauser. Tony, the owner was very prompt on getting out to our house and working up the quote. The installers Matt and Bruce cleaned up after themselves and were very quick installing the gutters. The color of the gutters perfectly matches the house and the install was done right the first time! I would highly recommend calling them!!

I scheduled a gutter repair with Jimbo's a couple months ago, but they chose to try to work me into their schedule once the date arrived. I made it clear up front that I needed to be home in order to take care of my dogs before the crew would arrive. The first time they rescheduled, they didn't show up and didn't call to let me know they couldn't make it. I reluctantly rescheduled for over a week later, only to have them call a couple days early saying the crew was on their way. I explained I was in Spokane, and nobody was there to handle the dogs. We have used many contractors while remodeling our home this year, and none of them were this inconsiderate. I would not recommend this company.
