Jimenez Carpet & Flooring recently completed a flooring project for me that included vinyl plank flooring in the kitchen and new carpet throughout the living room and bedrooms, and I’m very happy with the results. They showed up on time, provided a fair and straightforward estimate, and delivered quality workmanship from start to finish. Velia was great to work with. She was professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. She said it would take 2-3 days to complete installing luxury vinyl planks in my entire house. That also included demolition and minor repairs. Due to my work schedule, she was really flexible with my installation dates. I decided to make it easier for the installers and moved everything out of the house and into storage so that they can work efficiently without obstacles. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Our carpet install (three bedrooms and three closets) went very smoothly, and two months later we’ve had no issues. The team was done with the installation in about 4-5 hours, so it was really fast. We will definitely be back for other flooring needs in the future.

We just finished our flooring project this week and am so delighted with the work Jimenez Carpet & Flooring delivered. I am still shocked they finished in two days as we thought it would take a week. Came here because we went to another place and they were giving us the run around. So happy we did. The whole process was easy. Christina gave us suggestions and came the next day to take measurements and give us a quote. Everything took about 2 weeks (mostly because of availability). It’s like night and day at our apartment!
