Alex and his crew did a fantastic job! He went above and beyond with the installation and customization. Competitive pricing and hard-working. His customer service skills were great, and he took the time to walk us through the project. I highly recommend him for any job, commercial or residential.

Terrible experience with Alex and Jimenez Fence Corp. Stay clear from him and his company. Alex never answers phones or texts. He doesn't do what he said he will do. He shows up for work only when he feels like it. He has always a good excuse for not coming when he said he would be arriving within the hour: I had to make a delivery for another job and it took longer, I had to move my warehouse, my helper did not show up, my truck had issues and so on if he even gives an excuse at all. He was supposed to have a helper but was alone doing the job the whole time. I had contracted Jimenez Fence to do a wood fence + 2 metal gates and a chain-link fence. I had to chase him constantly to get the wood fence started and done. I also had to chase him to get the paperwork done for the permit. Event

Jimenez Fence did an outstanding job in our backyard. They were extremely professional and completed the job in two days. Alex went over every detail we wanted before he started the fence project. I highly recommend them for fencing your home or business.

Jiménez fence was good when Carlos (the owner) was running the company. After his recent death, it fell apart. Alex (son) who took over is not interested. I just had a fence installed by them and they did a horrible job. I have been communicating with Alex for several months about this and he always said that they would take care of this, but no one has shown up. I had to hire another company ($450.00) to fix. Be very careful if you are planning to use this company.

This contractor took my money said he was going to get the permits and had his dad working for them. I spent almost A YEAR waiting for those permits which i never got. I asked Jimenez to just return me the money since he was never able to get the paper work. He has since ignored my calls and text and disppeared with almost 1k of mine. I FINALLY FOUND MY RECEIPT IM TAKING HIM TO COURT. Do not get a fence from this fraud.
