Jimmie got here fast considering that I live over 30 mins from his office. He is a true professional. I actually locked my self out of my house again after he left. He returned to unlock them again. What a rockstar!

Called to get help getting in my car after I locked myself out starting it to warm up. The guy who answered was immediately rude telling me “just because you looked us up on the map doesn’t mean we can be right there”, which I never asked. The last thing you need when you are in a bad situation is someone being rude for absolutely zero reason.

Cheaper than the dealership for a key fob programming and very straightforward easy to work with. Very thankful for their hard work.

I called Jimmies Lock Shop Inc. last Monday to unlock my van after my kids had locked the keys in. When the technician arrived he was very helpful and got my van open. No problem. When it was time to pay I gave them my card and I noticed their hands were shaking terribly. Being a nurse that really stuck out to me and he gave my card back and that was it. It was later I realized I didn’t get a receipt and I thought maybe it’ll be texted or emailed because that’s how it usually is. I called a few days later and they said I had to come to the store to get a receipt. So today I go in the store. Cool dudes and great service! Went in there just to get a copy of my mailbox key, and it was under $5 compared to the $7.50 I paid at the minute key thing at Walmart, when I needed extra copies of my house key. Will definitely be going to them when I need any copies made, or anything else.
