My first experience with Jimmy’s A/C was a good one! Eddie is an excellent A/C tech and answered all my questions. He performed a thorough inspection and test of my HVAC system and provided me with a detailed summary. He also provided an estimate of system life remaining and a couple of options for repair and replacement when the time comes. Satisfied customer.

I purchased a property in July 2024, after Florida state law required that HVAC warranties to be transferable. Jimmys AC installed a full house HVAC and a mini-split for our garage. I called Jimmys AC in July of 2024 to inquire about the warranty. Jimmys AC stated that despite Florida state law requiring the warranties to be in effect, informed me that the warranty was not in fact, in effect. However, over the phone they verbally informed me that so long as I continued to have them service the HVAC through them, they would honor the warranty. Subsequent invoices from Jimmys AC have the notation that the parts are under warranty, but labor is not. I repeatedly made service calls with the complaint that the mini-split is not functioning correctly. Jimmys AC came out, invoiced me repeatedl

Eddie came out and was very professional and explained what our a/c unit needed and also explained how the platinum plan would be a benefit. We are very happy with his service .
