We’ve been needing a new roof on our manufactured home for a couple years now, and I’ve spoken to and gotten inspections from 5+ different contractors and roofers. Each of them would start out great, then quote us at WILD prices (40k+!) for our modest sized, one story, low incline roof. Or they’d ghost me for reasons I didn’t understand, or the price would keep increasing. Finally my husband found Jimmys- they came out to our rural property and did a thorough inspection inside and out and told us there was plenty of wind and water damage to make a claim with our insurance. I’ve used Jimmy’s twice in the last couple of years and their service has been stellar both times. Most recently, I found a leak In my living room and called Jimmy’s only days after a major windstorm event. No problem, they were able to get me scheduled within a week.They did a great job both times. The last job was a gutter leak and so they made a point of clearing all of the other gutters on my roof of pine needles. That was really appreciated! The crews were always been so nice and friendly. You can’t go wrong with Jimmy’s!

Our landlord had the roof on our house replaced. The crew was quick and very kind. They cleaned up each day (2.5 days) very well after they were done. It looks great also. Joe & Joanne were out when completed and were a pleasure to speak to. Thank you!

/Shane and Casey were diligent finding the cause of the water leakage in my downstairs ceiling. After searching for two hours they met with success and suggested a fix. I accepted Shane's bid and they came back a few weeks later and completed the work installing additional vents. Fast and efficient...i will request them again if I have other work to be done in future.
