We used Jimmy's Sanitary Portable Septic bin for the 2 months we were out at camp and it was awesome for the price. Sam was here every Thursday to empty it and was always friendly and informative when I had questions. Even when I called super friendly and super helpful. I would defintely recommend them to family and friends.

Todd, is one of the most knowledgeable gentleman in the business in the state of Florida. He, realized that our system failed, due to the builder utilizing bad soil dug from a nearby pond, containing large amounts of non suitable soil and clay. He is helping navigate this problem, as the home is 4 years old. The entire neighborhood is going to have catastrophic drain failures in the very near future. Florida only offers one year on the septic. His price was reasonable, and his methods were far superior. Everyone else wanted to put a 4ft mound in my back yard, which would have ruined the esthetics of my yard.

May 18th 2023 Jimmy's sanitary installed a system at a home of mine in Pasco county 2 months after it was installed it was plugged up and I had Jimmy's come out. He charged me 416 dollars to pump it out!!! A septic I had just paid him to install 2 months prior. Long story short I wrote a 1 star review 2 years and 6 numerous pump outs later and began to get text messaged from someone named Todd. All contracts, receipts, permits and the text messages from Todd are all attached to the complaint with the BBB along with the contract from Ace Septic who installed a working septic. I had to call Pasco County Police and speak to Deputy McDougle due to the escalation of Todd's text messages. Sincerely Ruby Gallagher

4-16-25 Update to original review below, Superior Septic came out on time, and took 3 and 1/2 hoses from truck to tank. Pumped and Cleaned without issue. Still no response from Owner of Jimmy's Septic. Scheduled for service for Monday 31st and was 2nd on the list. Also explained the tank was in rear of home and was told they carry plenty of hose. On scheduled day at 3:30 I called to see if they were still coming only to be told I was not on their schedule or show any information for me. Long story short Taren was who called me back to apologize and to reschedule for Wednesday the 2nd. Wednesday came and at about 4:30 I called to see again if they were still coming... they couldn't get ahold of the driver. So they rescheduled me a 3rd time for Thursday. What an amazing group of people! I called this morning when office opened to get our septic pumped. BJ was here by 1045am. He was friendly, professional and respectful. Ladies in office answered all of my question with kindness. I would highly recommend this business to anyone seeking this type of service. JOB WELL DONE!!
