Guys were responsive. Knew what they were doing. Prices incredibly reasonable. Fixed my Thor Range in no time. Turns out the parts some other "flake" repair service said I needed, were not needed at all. Tyler and Mr. Jim were honest, and no nonsense. Highly recommended.

Every once in a while it feels great to get lucky! Using Jim's Appliance Service gave me my lucky day. I live out of state and am helping my mother-in-law sell her house in Brownsville, TX. The dishwasher needed repair since it hadn't been used in years. I saw all the 5 - star reviews for Jim's Appliance repair, so I took a chance and called them. Wow! I always hope that I can find people that are honest, knowledgeable, and respectful. Jim's checks each of those boxes! I called, left a message and got a call back. I wish I could give this business more stars! If anyone needs washing machine repair, Tyler is the man to help solve your problems. He was able to diagnose and help resolve my washing machine issue in about 10 minutes.

James and his employee, which I believe was his grandson arrived promptly and were extremely professional. I was so stressed out because my washer stopped working on laundry day, with a family of 5! Never being in this situation before, I called around. Many people called me back, but Jim’s Appliance asked questions about the model and what was happening. They were ready to come over immediately! My husband met them that afternoon and he was blown away by their customer service, professionalism and respectfulness. They were quick to find the issue, had parts on hand, and the price was extremely reasonable! I will never call anyone else! Thank you James and grandson, you were there for us when we needed you!

Amazing service and very patient. My dryer was a huge hassle as it came without the model number sticker, and they did all they could to match the belt to its model. They even showed up the following day to finish the work without me having to call for follow-up! Great dudes all around, would recommend to anyone :)
