JIM'S FLOOR DEPOT

I had a good experience with Jim and the installers. Replaced very old carpet in two bedrooms of my mobile home. I bought what they had in stock and it is very nice and perfect for my dog and the dirt I track in from living in a rural area. Jim was very prompt in coming out to measure and give me a quote. All the installers were professional, timely and thorough. Both rooms looks like a true upgrade and I am very pleased with the work.

I highly recommend Jim’s floor depot!! Jim came over right away after contacting him and measured up what he needed for materials and had his installer Roberto lay the tile soon after. He is simply the best guy to work with! We are extremely pleased with everything!

We were impressed with the quality of service. Everything went smoothly from the beginning working with Alec and Jim and during the floors installation dealing with hard workers like Roberto and his assistant Jordin. As a person that does my research online and reads reviews, I wanted to post a review to let everyone know about our great experience with Jim's Floor Depot! From our first visit to the showroom on Hwy 27 in Dundee, to Jim promptly following up the next day, and came to our home for measurements and answer any questions we had. We felt comfortable and listened to. Jim then promptly got us a quote. When we compared comparable materials and labor, Jim's quote was reasonable and they were able to get product in quickly. We got scheduled in a time slot that worked for us and their install crew was on time, worked quickly and carefully. We had a budget to work with and ideas of what we wanted. Rocky pointed us in the right direction and informed us of the cost if we chose the most expensive item in our list of flooring materials. It fell in our budget and we decided that we would choose a combination of all the materials we looked at. If you are removing existing tile it is noisy and dusty having it done. But well worth the inconvenience of dust and noise when you see the new finished product in place.
