Jerry and Ralph were both very professional. Jerry quoted the job, gave me a fair price, and a good time window which ended up to be one day earlier. Ralph showed up with lift and worked with me to figure best place to put it bc I didn’t want it on grass. The crew was professional, timely and their work was warrantied so I feel good about the decision to go with Proctor. I was given three roofers to contact. Another roofer was way too high price wise. And still another I couldn’t get to call me back to get on schedule. Thumbs up to Proctor. I can’t review quality yet since they just finished job today but I assume quality products.

This company is beyond unprofessional! .My father had them booked for a new roof and they never showed up. Four times they've done this without so much as a call to reschedule or give a reason. The people in their office are extremely rude and should not have a job in customer service. You can ask anyone in the Geneva area and they will tell you they either don't show up or they have to keep coming back to fix faulty work. Clearly this company doesn't care about their reputation or repeat business

Proctor roofing was hired to replace an entire roof. For the most part they did a fine job. However, they made a mistake on a flat portion over the porch, laying down the roof in a way that resulted in persistent leaks and damage to the ceiling below. When this was brought to their attention, they did return to "fix" the problem, but the exact same thing happened again. I have now replaced ceiling tiles twice and still have a leaking roof. Proctor Roofing is not returning calls or emails. Very disappointing after spending more than $ 17,000 on a roof. They had opportunities to take care of this but chose not to do so..

These guy are amazing. They came the afternoon before they were scheduled. At 3:10 they called me at work asking if they could start roof. I said yes. It will take me 35 mins to get home. When I arrived most of my roof was off. By 6:40 I had a new roof installed all cleaned up and gone. This team worked so well together it’s unbelievable. I watched them work to make sure it was done the way I wanted. Never said a word to them done perfect. Crew was great. All of them.

I have a roof leak and was told i just need to replace a section of the roof. I was quoted for a roof repair and was told 2-3 weeks out to get job done. I signed and returned the paper work in late August was visited two weeks after by a proctor employee to have town paper work signed. So today it's Oct 24 and I still have a leaky roof and I have called both numbers (office/cell) and emailed for the last 4 week but no response. I am not happy. I can't recommend this contractor.
