June 2018: Removed old concrete patio - replaced with unilock pavers patio, fire pit and three posts with LED lights. Excellent planning and ideas from Jim. Questions immediately taken care of. Very clean and professional work. Complex job done in 6 days without the contractor pulling off the job to handle another job. Very artistic effects. Beautiful result !!

Our lawn was never right since we moved in. Clay, standing water, poor drainage all over. Jim and his crew came in and redid our yard from the ‘ground up’. Removal of ten stumps that were previously ground to just out of site, change of grade (sited to within 1”), and 100 yards of topsoil later and we have the beginnings of a yard to be proud of! Here’s pictures after the first 8 days. Several areas need reseeding but it is a world apart from what they started with. Highly professional and great to work with!

I can't speak highly enough of Jim and the patio he built for us. His team was incredibly professional and hard-working, and Jim himself personally went over every detail and made sure we were satisfied. We made some changes to the plans along the way and each time Jim was patient, accommodating, and impressively thorough. He built us a 3 level patio, complete with gas fire pit, dining area, and partially sunken hot tub. Thank you, Jim and team!

Jim and his crew have done an excellent job working on both properties we have owned over the years. Their biggest feat was managing a huge standing water problem on one of our properties. Jim gave us a plan on how we could eliminate the water from accumulating in those problem areas )( 3 areas) and proceeded to put the plan into action. We have not had a problem since. Also his crew has created a level, firm base for putting a shed in our yard at both homes and at one house even moved the shed from inside of our fenced yard to a space outside of the fence area with no damage to the property or the shed. We have relied on his advice and efforts when needs have come about regarding our outside living spaces.
