Jim’s Septic, what can I say about this company… We were in a nightmare of a situation. Our septic was full and no one could locate it. ( there was no clean out) When I say no one, I mean, 3 DEQ people, they did try, and two other septic places. Also had it probed and I called to get records of prints, next waiting on a plumber to come out to put a camera down our pipes.(by now this has been day 6 without using water/toilet due to septic) I was recommend to try Jim septic and was told they were a family owned old knowledgeable business. So again, I tried my chances, after also telling them my situation and feeling honestly helpless.. they came out and found the septic and I could not believe it……… they were so friendly and helpful. I've been using Jim's for at least 10 years now. Gary and his staff are fantastic and I've never had an issue with their service. I appreciate that they respond to calls, call ahead when they are on their way, and call when they have to reschedule. So many companies fail to communicate well. It's always a concern when a company is passed down from one generation to the next, but I think Gary has made an improvement on his dad's already great business.

I ran over the septic tank lid with my lawnmower. I was very worried this would be expensive and I could see sewage through the gash. I did this on a Friday at 330 pm. I called Jim’s Portable Toilets & Septic Tank Systems at 4pm that day. A very nice woman explained to me what I did and gave a price range. I booked an appointment right away. This is a family business so her son showed up bright and early on Monday. He was polite, conversational, and did a fast, efficient job replacing the lid and the plastic part underneath it. He had to dig it out with a shovel. He did this in the heat with a smile on his face. He then taught me all the things my original septic company didn’t teach me about how to maintain my system. ***Please read*** before calling/using another “Septic Service”. I live in Virginia however I inherited my mother’s home in Shawnee Ok. Not knowing who to call and unfortunately not asking the neighbors (who practically all use “Jim’s) I called the company “Google” said was the closest. The first time they came, they pumped out the system and replaced a pump. I had to call them back out because it was still not working properly. They stated they had to replace a second pump, unfortunately that also didn’t fix the problem. They called their boss, who told them to “cut” the lines to the chlorine/nitrogen canister, stating it would fix the low pressure issue. It worked and all was fine.
