do not recommend this company at all. They came to my house, spent less than 20 minutes, and immediately said my unit could not be repaired and that I would need to replace it. The quote they gave me was outrageously high (around $12,000), while my neighbors with the same size house paid on average $5,000–$6,000 for a full replacement. When I asked for alternatives or a more reasonable option, they never called me back, never followed up, and never sent another quote. The only time they reached out was to charge me for the service visit. This shows very poor customer care and a lack of professionalism. I’m extremely disappointed and will not recommend this company to anyone.

I purchased a new unit and warranty from this company . They installed the unit and then i was having a problem so I emailed them to come service the unit ( i was willing to pay for the visit, and at that time I wasnt sure i need to use the warranty or not ). Below is the response i received. What kills me most is that they knew about an issue with the piping in the building that i was not, and never told me , and installed the unit anyway... knowing full well they would not service the unit ( in their words, not mine, see below ) . So the question is , if they "decided long ago no longer service the ac in this building for insurance purposes", then why did they 1. install the unit 2. sell me a warranty ? Also, the owners suggestion was to move out. This was outright deceit. Next is to

Moses the owner was very helpful, after installing a new unit last April, we had a clogged line which they came right out when we called and fixed it. Will continue to use them as they are very curtious and helpful, Isabela in the office is very kind and knowledgeable, thank you for your service.
