J & J came to fix my washer, they were very polite and answered all my questions! My overall experience from speaking With Tammy and getting my warranty situated to Jed and Jordan coming to repair the washer was great! I would recommend them for sure!

J&J Appliance came to my home to fix an issue with my washing machine. They fixed the issue and everything was perfect. While he was at my home I asked him to remove the lint from the dryer that I could not see or access. Again, competed efficiently. I would definitively recommend J&J Appliance Repair. Great service. Knowledgeable. Quick assessment and repair of issue.

J&J came out to service our range today and they were truly AMAZING. We were so pleased and impressed with our service. Jed was kind, very clear with his communication, and so courteous – all you can ask for yet can be so hard to find sometimes. We would absolutely use J&J again.

They were not very helpful to the disabled elderly we tried to work with her and said we would drive the part to her office or repair shop even though it was 2 hours away but she didn't really care a matter of fact she was very rude I told her I was disabled and on a limited income but she really didn't care she was just anxious to hang up on me basically what she said is we don't really care about you or your problems we just care about making a profit from big companies and we don't care about helping the average person if anybody else has a problem we don't really care
