5 stars for J and J! We were so excited getting a grant for a new fortified certified roof! Then comes getting bids and choosing the best most knowledgeable roofer. Picking a shingle, a warranty, discussing ventilation, flashing, flat roof, It's all so overwhelming, for me anyway. My husband and I had lots of questions (I had many more 😆) J & J went beyond what any roofer would do or say without getting annoyed with me and just moving on. We had many discussions about ventilation and our flat roof! Many! ** We're beyond satisfied with the final results! The flat roof is absolutely perfect with an added slope for drainage at no extra charge! We are happy with our power vents on the back side of the house. They also handled the permits!!
