BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE! Joshua Woodruff has NOT followed through on anything on a job for my dad! It has been three months and nothing has been ordered for his roof replacement. My dad has been given excuses from the company that they can't find shingles. Well, we have found the shingles on our own with no problem. Joshua has cashed the insurance check and WILL NOT return any of his phone calls or texts. We have a complaint with the BBB and they are investigating!

They worked with us very prompt got it done in a short time better than I expected did an outstanding job and a little extra they threw in on Note 4 we're very pleased the next house I get I'm going to use them again to inspect it and to reinforce it they stand behind their work and they stand on their work

I had a new roof put on my house 2 years ago. The roof has a 30 year warranty.I called about an issue and they showed up 2 times unannounced. They charged me for 2 service calls on warranty work. Now, I have an scheduled appointment for 9:00 today and no one has showed up to fix the problem 2 hours later. I made several calls to the office and still can't get answer. The employee was not accommodating. I asked to speak to the owner and have not heard from him either. This is so frustrating! Had I known this when I was shopping around, I would have chosen some other company. Poor business practices.! Lack of customer service! -5 stars!!!

One star is way too generous for Charles! I wish Google let me give negative stars because they absolutely deserve it. If you're looking for this kind of service, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Charles is a complete disaster—zero communication skills, zero professionalism. He won’t even bother showing up on time and clearly couldn’t care less about his customers. How is this guy still in business? Unbelievable!

I worked with Charles at J&J services last fall to put on a roof at our home in Gulf Shores. We met with a number of very good and qualified roofing companies. Charles and J&J were consistently professional and were patient with us - coming to the home a couple times and many calls to help us understand the process. We had a specific need with the house that has a sun room and all needed a roof. The project was completed very timely. The quote was spot on, no surprises. Charles was very informative regarding the process and also with review of the project and quote. The individuals that did the work on the home was very professional, worked steady and I could tell they took pride in their work. The workmanship was excellent and 6 months later the roof looks great and is in great sh
