What a great company to have working for us. Always looking out for my mom’s home for her. Great customer service and easy to deal with. Keeping the critters away from the house is amazing. We really appreciate the attention to detail.

Great pest control service, always enjoy seeing Mr. Jerry Willis. He is always polite and respectful, and full of knowledge about anything we need from J&J to keep our pests in control!

On 06/10/20 Mr.AJ Leach was dispatched out to Alpine Creek Apartments regarding a bed bug infestation. Mr.Leach looked around he first stated that he could tell the apartment had been bombed before, and he could tell we didn't bring them in cause our stuff was new. We hadn't been in the place for 72 hours. Then his story changed over night once he talked to the apartment. Mr. Leach then started saying there is no sign of a infestation. I've attached pictures and copy of the letters. On one of the letters it was written at the end of the day on the 6/15 after 6pm. If he performed a treatment that day why didn't he mention it in that email. He stated that 3 inspections was done not necessary to get rid of furniture no sign of infestation. I called last week to get a quote, the rates were the best I had found so I decided to go ahead and hire J&J. They were able to get my house in within the week, and Lance was amazing! He communicated well, answered all my questions and just had overall great customer service skills. He did a great job taking care of our pest issues!

Had a spectacular experience! We had Lance come out for yellow jackets yesterday after 5, and today we’ve seen maybe 5! Very impressed!
