They communicated with me at all aspects of the installation. From the quote to installation, I couldn't have had a better experience. I'm so happy I reached out to them. I had a issue with my garage door on a Sunday afternoon and called JJ Garage Doors and Julio answered the phone right away and I explained what my situation was he was here at my home within a couple of hours. He closed the garage door completely so nothing or no one would get in and then Julio and his crew came back a couple of days later when I was off from work and installed a brand new door with motor and rails and did an amazing job. Very professional workmanship and he arrived when he said they would and after the installation explained how to add and work the app so I may open and close my garage from anywhere. Garage door spring broke Sunday night. Monday morning I called for an appointment and they sent a young lady out right away. A bit over an hour later she was done. Super nice, helpful and explained what she did and why! Cleaned up, garage door operating perfectly, price was super reasonable and she offered some maintenance tips for the future regarding the door! Could not be happier! Highly recommend- wish I could give more than 5 stars!!
