I wouldn't even recommend these guys to my worst enemy. I asked for a Mitsubishi system specifically for cold weather performance, and asked them to match/beat another quote I had for a hyperheat system. I only found out later that they did not install a hyperheat system, they installed a cheaper model that doesn't perform well in winter, and now they have blocked my number. I'm sure it saved them a few hundred bucks, but it's going to cost me $17,000 (more than the first system cost) to get the entire system replaced with the correct one. Strung me along for most of a year with "oh yeah, replacing it soon, waiting on this, waiting on that" - while absolutely never intending to do anything.

I was having trouble with my hvac. I called several companies recommended by the manufacturer; they came and said my system was too complicated and no experience with high velocity systems and wanted to replace the entire system. I knew the system was 14 years old - installed 2009/2010. One company who came after I explained in detail before coming charged me for the call only to tell me they did not work on my type of system. Disputing the charge. Finally I googled hvac companies near me and found JJ and they were very close to our home. He said after looking at the system that I needed a new exterior compressor/condenser because the condenser was burned out. I agreed to his recommendation and he installed it the same day!!!! Great experience with JJ HVAC! From the first day I called them for a quote and all through the final completion of work and payment we had a good experience. Our AC died randomly this summer and it was getting HOT in our apartment. They quoted quick, let me know which equipment would serve me best and save us money, and installed quickly. They communicated clearly over text regarding their availability and were super reliable and easy to fit into our schedules. They were great even when we had to figure out how to get them onto our condo buildings roof. They removed old equipment and everything was all included in their pricing. No surprise fees here. It's been nice ever since and I'd recommend them to anyone who needs a good job done with a trustworthy company.

I had a wonderful experience with JJ HVAC Solutions and would highly recommend this company! I called them to change my Air conditioning unit at my house, they responded quickly and did the work in time as promised! The team is very professional and respectful! I would recommend them anytime!

Our condo's ACs were sold and installed by JJ. The ACs in my unit keep leaking freon within one year of use. They refused to offer helps and blocked my phone number.
