We have used this company a few times and they have always showed up the same day. Very professional, friendly, and so sweet to my puppy! Today Stephen looked at our heater and it was determined we need a new electric strip which they ordered the same day. We first called them years ago, and the owner John came right out because we were having all kinds of issues and no one could figure out the problem. He stayed here and said he’s not leaving till he figured it out. I immediately thought this bill is gonna be outrageous, and it was not. And he fixed the issue. Even called in a favor from a friend who was an electrician to come over and run new wires for me. Highly highly recommend! And best part is, he gives back to our local firehouse, our local nonprofit Angels Community Outreach. Great

If you’re getting HVAC work done, do yourself a favor and call this company before committing to anyone else. I got a quote elsewhere for a fan inducer motor replacement and nearly went with it — then I called here and saved $1,000. Same job, way better price. J&J installed a new outside unit for my air conditioner six months ago and I called them for a heater tune up. My heater was installed by another company 15 years ago. The service technician (Stephen) arrived in the designated time frame & the company sent an email with his photo for safety (which I appreciate). Stephen was polite and confirmed what service was planned for the visit before he looked at the heater. We discussed any issues or problems I was having and he completed the service. At the end he went over the work he had done and then brought to my attention that the condensate box was collecting debris & at 15 years old was due for a change. This was my first time using J&J (referred by a neighbor) and I’m so happy I went with them! They responded to my initial call quickly with a text, getting more details on the issue and setting up an appointment for the following morning. Technician Steve was on-time, very detailed and super nice! The issue was diagnosed and repaired within a few hours. Now the heater is working like new.
