This company is absolutely amazing. I'm a first time renter and within less than a month of being in the home, I'm renting, the house flooded. FeceS traveled all through the house and into the garage. Although not available, this company and their wonderful specialist, Britt came out on a Saturday Just to ensure me and my sisters were able to utilize the facilities. One of my sisters and I have sleep apnea and because of him coming out we are able to clean and rest easy. I give this company and Britt 10 stars!!!! He was so courteous, informative, and respectful. He cares about the integrity of his job and he does it well. He also gave next steps in the resolution to the job he did today. J&J Septic Waste Service is "TOP NOTCH". I called about possible pumping needs based on googling indicators that your septic tank needs pumping (I had 3 out of 6 indicators). I called J&J, they confirmed the indicators and was able to schedule next day service. They were extremely friendly, professional, and most of all very knowledgeable. Issues were discovered/worked out and my septic tank was PUMPED ALL IN LESS THAN 24HRS OF THE CALL BEING MADE!!! Very cost friendly! Don't miss out on their services. You won't be disappointed. I had an amazing experience with this company! The gentleman that came out was punctual and professional. He made quick work of the job and even made sure all of my toilets were working before he left! Will be using them again in the future!
