I had two large trees that fell that I needed removed from my yard. Got a reasonable quote, great communication with John, and the job was scheduled quickly. I was very happy with the work and the clean up was great.

I called JJ Treetops to look at the trees on my property and give an estimate on trimming, tree health, and so on. John responded to my request quickly, and was happy to come to my property for an estimate. He showed up on time, and efficiently evaluated what needed to be done. He probably was here 10-15 minutes, and that was absolutely enough time for him to review everything and give a price. He shared a written quote with me as well as his insurance information WHICH YOU SHOULD ALWAYS VERIFY! Takes 5 minutes. I accepted John's quote, and gave my neighbors a heads up WHICH YOU SHOULD ALWAYS DO because that's just polite. He was able to come a few days later, his crew showed up on time on the dot. I showed them what needed to be done, and they started getting set up. John arrived shortly
