I will start by saying we had an excellent experience with the gentleman who came out to quote our gutters and the team that installed. With that being said, communication has been terrible since. I have been calling since the beginning of January to have someone come look at an area that is leaking on the house. We were told after installation that they would come back out and repair. I have been told 5 different times “we’ll get someone out there” “we’ll get you on the schedule” and have yet to see or hear from anyone. Although their overall work is good but I would not recommend due to the poor communication of the office and inability to address issues that arise.

Would do business with this company again! They stand by their work and the quality was great!

PLEASE READ!! Do not do business with JJAM Construction!!! They do not honor their warranty!! I have been asking this company for two years to come fix my gutters but they never get back to you. I decided to put a complaint in with the Better Business Bureau. You can go the the BBB website and see my entire complaint. You can also see where they told the BBB they would come to my house when it stops raining and fix my gutters. That was nine months ago so I kept calling them asking when they’re going to come back and they sent me a letter in the mail stating they’re not coming back. If you go to the BBB website and put in JJAM Construction you will see that their Better Business Bureau accreditation has been revoked due to so many unresolved issues. Yet this company still advertises that
