JJ's Beautification Service

We hired JJ's Beautification for a complete overhaul of our front walkway, stoop and stairs, rebuilt from the ground up. We are absolutely thrilled with the entire experience and the final product! John spent time with us giving us ideas on what his vision was for our house and was communicative and helpful every step of the way, often going above and beyond. The crew was exceptionally professional, worked diligently despite some tough weather conditions and their skill is evident in the beautiful result. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality were apparent in everything they did. I would not hesitate to hire JJ's again and again for all of our landscape and hardscape needs in the future.

What a huge project it was to tear out the entire yard, regrade and seed, plant trees and flower beds, and build a long retaining wall. These guys were overall great, easy to work with, very respectful, open to discussing ideas and answering questions. John was extremely accommodating and patient when we did not like the original brick color we ordered and received. He spent extra time with us to find a brick color we did like and coordinated by swapping it out. This did a delay to the project but it was worth it! We LOVE our yard and are proud to show it off!! I’d give JJ’s a 10 star review if I could!! John was thoughtful, helpful, and courteous, but mostly, an upstanding human. We just moved to Ohio and vastly underestimated the lake effect and how much snow we’d get living, in what I thought, was a secondary snow belt. Oops! I couldn’t get out of my driveway and they made special accommodation - I think we were plowed within 30 minutes. I’m relieved we found our dude! Both summer and winter.

John and his team provide exceptional lawn and snow management services to the condominium associations we manage. Their attention to detail, success-driven team, and competitive pricing truly set them apart. We had the pleasure of working with JJ’s Beautification Services this week on a landscaping tear out and install for our home. From the initial meeting John was knowledgeable, polite and professional. We had all of the bushes removed from our beds and replaced with new ones. John’s crew was also professional, polite and efficient on our job. We are so pleased with them that we are going to contract them for all our Spring and Fall cleanup needs as well as any other installs we might need in the future.
