I had an excellent experience with JJ’S carpet cleaning company today. The owner-operator was incredibly friendly, down to earth, and professional from start to finish. He explained everything clearly, showed up on time, and delivered great results. The pricing was very fair for the quality of work performed, and I truly appreciated his honesty and transparency. My carpets look and feel so much cleaner and refreshed. He even took the time to give me a demonstration for tile cleaning for a future service, which I thought was above and beyond. It’s rare to find someone who takes that much pride in their work and genuinely cares about their customers. Highly recommend supporting this local business — I’ll definitely be using them again!

I found JJ's Carpet Cleaning Solutions doing a Google search. I was impressed with the high rating and was not disappointed. Chris was very professional and up front about expectations. He showed up to give an estimate and was ready to start immediately. There was one area that had a very bad spot which he said he could probably make better but not completely remove. There is still a shadow but a great improvement over what it was. I felt even better that this is a local, family owned business. I highly recommend!

We purchased a home that included a king bed and three rooms of carpeting with significant spots and smells due to their dog. I thought we’d have to toss everything but hired JJ cleaners at the suggestion of my neighbors. Chris was fabulous from the start; easy to work with, fair prices and didn’t rush this job. He was able to clean everything to a point that they look almost new again (aside from normal wear and tear). The dog smells and spots are gone and even some rust stains that I didn’t know about. I’m thrilled with the work and this company. He was exceptional. Highly recommend!!!

Originally refered from neighbor across the street, I was always skeptical of these types of services, thos was my first time ever doing a cleaning like this. Let me say, wow, what a pleasant surprise. Well worth it.. 5 year old massive cloth sectional with odor, stains, and fabric pilings. 2-3 hours on this animal. This man (Chris) went to war with the couch. Worth every penny, and he helped me out with the pricing. Good price, great guy, and amazing service. I will definitely use their services again.
