We had our kitchen completed with these cabinets 5 years ago. Four years down the road, we start noticing the color grey on the cabinets isn't consistent and looks different on random doors. First, we thought it was the lighting but then figured out the color changed. I contacted the person who installed them and was told this can happen with wood cabinets. We were NOT told this could happen when they were installed. We requested that several doors be replaced or repainted but the company refuses and wants us to pay $350 for three doors. We now have 8 plus the drawers that are all different shades of grey. I received a damaged door (center panel broke through the back of the door frame) in one of the cabinets and notified them the next day. This was about two weeks after I purchased the cabinets. Their response was "I needed to let them know within 48 hours". 48 HOURS! Nothing was said to me about this policy from Anthony, the sales guy. So I had to pay $70 to replace the damaged door even though is was damaged when I bought it. Anthony wasn't even slightly friendly about the exchange and just said it was their policy and I signed for it when I picked up the cabinets. So buyer beware. This seller has a policy that they don't tell you about up front, but when you sign stating you picked up the cabinets, you are also signing that you agree to their 48 hour policy. Absolutely dishonest. I hope

Terrible customer service. Was not acknowledged when I walked in. When I greeted the man at the desk on the floor he barely spoke back. When I approached him directly he seemed annoyed and told me "you need a 12-24-12" and got back to his business. I asked for a catalog and he said they were out. Their commitment to poor customer service drove me away from a potentially great product.

I did an entire kitchen and a full bath using their cabinets. Loved the cabinet and Victor did a great job picking the right pieces for me. I chose to install them myself. They are now a wholesale only store (disappointing) but you can use your own contractor or one of their frequent contractors to get you what you need at 25-40% less than the lowest price at most other retailers. Great deal and good stuff.

When my general contractor bailed on my renovation, this company helped pick up the pieces, literally. I was missing a custom pantry tray and some hardware that they fabricated on site within 15 minutes, and it fit perfectly! Always good to find a company who stands behind their products/clients.
