J&K CABINETRY NC LTD

One of the worst experiences. Led to my 3 week project lasting over 3 months and I’m still not done. J&K changed the color of our cabinets randomly during the ordering process. Our contractor did not realize this when he signed off. So we had the wrong cabinets delivered and installed. The cabinets don’t align top and bottom. J&K customer service was horrible as they wouldn’t fix their mistake. The sales person was not telling the manager the whole truth of the situation and it wasn’t until I called that he said “oh I didn’t know that”. Then when we had the correct color door fronts sent, they are still misaligned. In what world is it okay for your doors and drawers to not match up left/ right and top/ bottom. Their fronts are glued on, not screwed so you can just readjust the alignment. I

We built our forever home a few years ago. Our builder is the one who introduced us to j&k cabinets as that’s who they used. First off I’ll say I’m super glad they did as these cabinets are built with quality in mind! They are solid wood construction with soft close doors and slides that all work flawlessly. The finish on the cabinets are second to none. These cabinets were outfitted with granite countertops and I will say they still look, operate and seams line up like they say they were put in. I highly recommend j&k for all your cabinet needs and I can guarantee if we somehow decide to build another house that our builder will continue to use J&K cabinets!!! Thanks Travis
