Do not trust their consultation, they will not follow through on changes that are made to the order at that time. The owner will not take responsibility for mistakes that previous employees make. The installer did a pretty good job, but at the end of the day I was left with two garage doors and only one garage door opener. Owner was argumentative and completely refused to help me finish the project and I was forced to find another company to come finish the job. His stance was that since the employee that told me he would make sure two garage door openers would get installed is no longer employed by him, he had no responsibility to help me finish.

Ryan did an excellent job installing our new opener. It was a difficult installation due to permanently installed cabinets blocking a sensor location. Ryan crafted a solution that worked perfectly for my install. Very satisfied customer.

I requested service through my home warranty and they sent JKH. The technician was professional and courteous and upon looking at the garage door opener immediately knew the issue and began repairing it. My garage door now opens and closes. Christy was extremely helpful to us when our garage door spring unexpectedly broke. We had already contracted with them through Lowe’s to replace our garage door opener when the spring broke.
