Jim installed a generator outlet on the side of the house and upgraded our existing electrical panel in the basement. He did a excellent job @ a fair price. He had helped us earlier in the yr figure out why our newly installed mini splits kept shutting down. We have been doing upgrades on our home and are finding out contractors aren't prompt w/calling you back! Not Jim, he called me the same day and set up a day and time to come over to give us a estimate. We will be giving his name to our friends and family for any and all the electrical needs, thanks Jim!!!!!

I called James at almost 4pm with what seemed like a fairly urgent need, a sudden loss of power to a lower level bathroom. James consulted with me over the phone for a few minutes and even allowed video call to be able to assess the situation. He quickly determined he would need to check it out and was at my doorstep in under 30 minutes. He traced each wire to try to determine the issue, even helping me move bulky items stored in a spare room to try to find the problem. In the end, 2 hours later, it was discovered a random switch had been accidentally flipped in another space which operated the whole electrical line leading to that space. Amazing service! Had a small electrical emergency and Jim answered the phone on a Friday night to assist me. I was worried my issue would lead to safety concerns or larger issues over the weekend. He came quickly over and was able to resolve my issue in ten minutes!! Will definitely call him for other electrical needs in the future. He is very nice and knowledgeable. Very grateful for the after hours assistance at an extremely reasonable price. Highly recommend!!

Make this your first call. Jay knows his stuff and works quick...with a sense of humor to go with. Plus, he worked extra hard to dig the glue out of this old outlet (yes, someone glued an outlet behind a wall).
