JL Cabinet & Granite

Great all around experience. JL had excellent selection, prices, and communication. I had a full set of cabinets and granite countertop with a waterfall installed. The install team was quick, clean and everything looked great. Will definitely use them again and recommend to all my friends and family.

Guillermo and the team at JL were quite responsive to our needs, listening to our ideas and offering suggestions. Delivery and installation happened on time, as specified. Although the cabinet options are not numerous, the quality (we ordered a medium quality) is decent. The price was more than half what custom cabinets would have cost (without the counters!) Solid wood, smooth fixtures. Installation crew was friendly and efficient. Cleaned up nicely afterwards. Very happy with the new kitchen.

Very pleased with Maria (sales consultant), Jay (home measure visit), and Raymundo ( lead installer &fabricator) of my Quartz countertops. Maria went above and beyond to help me select my stone, answer all my questions and lead me thru the entire process. Jay was also very helpful and answered all questions during the home measure. Raymundo and team removed old countertops one day and finalized the templates, then returned the next day and installed my beautiful new quartz countertops. The workmanship was outstanding. Very reliable, great quality, affordable. The company offers great variety of materials and styles. Delivery is amazingly fast. They are very flexible, example: we wanted material only, no labor - no problem! Later, we decided to use the installation team - we got it. They make very clear what they will and will not do. They value your time - I didn’t have to take days off for installation process. I do suggest to request details on installation schedule broken down to quarter of hours for better organizing your day. All processes are smoothly organized, experience is very positive, saved a lot of money. Highly recommend.

So much like you probably are right now, I was impressed with the reviews on JL so I hired them for our small wet bar install. From the start I should have seen some red flags, communication was poor and their estimator came out twice to measure our space (the second time his measurements changed entirely). But the install was where it really got out of control. You’ll see pictures below the front frame for a door and drawer, with just a single door covering the entire frame. I had to call this out to the install team, and make them change all 4 doors. They also installed the entirely wrong size on our pantry, which had been measured not once, but twice. That being said, yes we have a finished wet bar and the outcome is fine but I had to babysit the install team for two days and have them
